1.       Validity:
          This offer is valid up to 30 days from issuing date of quotation.

2.       Delivery:
Delivery of the offered goods will be made within 2 to 7 weeks of receiving official task order.

3.       Payment:
65% Advanced and rest of payment is payable within 7 days after Completion the Whole Project.

4.       Spares availability:
We are maintaining sufficient stock of spare parts of our supplied computers and others. We will be able to deliver/install the same when required except some special cases. We may ask for your kind consideration to give us at least 4-8 weeks time to deliver some special kind of spares.

5.       Warranty:
S&S provides the following warranty schedule:

Dell Server, UPS, CD-RW, Printer:        
Offered server will be covered by three year’s Limited onsite warranty.
Offered UPS will be covered by two year’s full onsite warranty.
Offered CD-RW will be covered by one year full onsite warranty.
Offered Printer will be covered by one year full onsite warranty.

Network Accessories and other peripherals:
Supplied network accessories will enjoy one year’s full warranty.

Network Operation:
S&S will provide One month’s free service warranty for user end network operation.

This warranty schedule will be applicable only for any manufacturing defect or any installation problem. Any user related problem or mishandling would not be covered by this warranty schedule and when applicable S&S will reserve the right to raise proper invoice to solve that sort of problem.

We Use Original Cat 5 and CAT 6 cable and cat6 cat 5e accessories for pure Gigabit  Ethernet Do not confuse to compare cat 6 cat 5e duplicate or non channel product.
